Cara Thompson Coaching (CTC) recognizes the need for planning and coaching to increase acquisition, proficiency, and long-term sustainability of evidence-based practices in the correctional and juvenile justice fields. However, these processes can pose challenges for agencies that make it difficult to achieve results. CTC works to build relationships with agencies and staff by understanding how to overcome barriers and get people excited about how to translate What Work research in practical ways.
